okay im 16. i got my period already... i just was wondering bc some1 told me it was bad

YES!! For pity's sake if you haven't got your period get rid of the flippin' underwear at night and let the poor thing air out once in a while!!!!

No, the only negatibe thing I've ever heard about it is that you might be more prone to yeast infections. If you've been doing it all your life though, and nothing has happened, don't worry about it. If anything, it's just uncomfortable.

Nope, it's fine.

However, going to bed with a tampon is bad. It can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome. So if you use tampons then you should use a pad instead when you go to sleep.

I have heard that is is bad but no one have given me sufficient reason why not to wear it. Think of it this way, during your period what will you do, if you wear pads.

I understand for men it is good to not healthy as stops regular blood flow. Woman may be a different reason.
