G'day Vijaya Bhargav,

Thank you for the question.

As I interpret the rules, they are looking for someone local who can support you. If you find employment, you might be able to get your employer to sponsor you.

I enclose links to the Singaporean site.

I would speak with your embassy as they might be familiar with the rules. Speaking with the Singaporean embassy in your country would help to provide useful background to you.

Good luck with your application.

Regards

It is important to know what is your nationality or your passport.

Judging by the fact that you even need a visit visa, it's going to be pretty tough. You have to go to the Immigration Ministry - it's near Bugis - to get a new visa, for one.

Most countries only require that you have proof of enough money to stay in the country; however, this is Singapore, and they are extremely stringent about who gets in the country...

Check the web pages attached. If you need to apply then you have to apply at Singapore embassy of your country. You may also apply Thur Internet.
I will not sponsor you since i don't know you and at today's situation no will unless you have any friends or relation.
If you apply and come will be given 1 month and sometime might be extended for another 2 weeks.

who are they?
i think you'd better go to ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) to seek informations from the authorized person.
to reach the place, u may take mrt and alight at Lavender MRT.
you will find the sign to go to the ICA from there.
good luck.
