regarding malfunctioning? of nikon D200?

Question

I am a professional for more than 25 yrs.For last three yrs I
am using NIKON D100,which gave me excellent results.Recently three of my friends bought NIKON D200.After handling D200, it has nothing to say against except one thing.
The cameras (all three) are not working with long extended USB cord when I am working online with NIKON CAPTURE.Can anybody show some lights about this problem
