You just know. Since you are asking this question, you probably have not been in love before or you're trying to convince yourself that you are. if you are trying to convince yourself, then you are not in love. If you have never been in love, I don't think that there is any particular thing that can happen or any time frame that takes simply "liking someone" to "loving someone". It happens over time. Question, if you really like someone and things are going well, does saying that you love them change the way you feel inside. The answer is no. I agree that you think too much. Stop trying to figure out if you're in love and just have fun. In time your heart will know and you won't need to ask other people.

i guess the only way in knowing if youre really inlove with som1 is when u always think of him...you're always dreaming..hhm..bout the two of u...u cudnt get him out of your mind and you are happy every time u see him...nah..the truth is the mind controls the heart u really use your mind not the heart...or maybe what u mean is reason..u always use your reason...better balance emotion with reason when it comes to love

you are in love with him if you want to do whatever it takes to make him happy. Stop thinking too much and try to feel: could you feel that complicated combination of happiness and slight sadness when you see him happy? I once had that feeling for my boyfriend.

don't worry i had the same problem... and then someone close to me told me this: if you're in love YOU'LL KNOW, and you can just feel it, many people say that they love eachother but i mean what is love? its just a word right?....
just don't stress about, you will know if it's love or if it isn't love... there's only one place to look... in your <3heart<3...
