if your hemaglobin is 9.2 it is not too bad and it probably will resolve on its own. if your hemaglobin is much lower you would need a blood transfusion usually of packed RBCs (packed red blood cells)

You may want to see your Dr. about it. Since that's not normal I would want to find out what's causing it. It could be anything from an ulcer causing a GI bleed to cancer. I'm not trying to worry you, but it's certainly worth checking into. I guess in order to know the result your Dr. probably ordered it. What has he said about it? Good luck!! :)
