Not by a long shot, but it's annoying enough to get a reaction. Poop is sorta childlike and it could even be considered cute in the right situation. Poop-face could actually be used as an endearment.

I prefer creative insults. I like when the person walks away and 20 minutes later realizes they were insulted.

i think it is a pretty good one, its not vulgar. It is more along the lines of somethine a 3 year old would say... But I call people things like bubble-butt and another harsh one which means the same with a slightly different effect is dookey-head.
