Not sure where in the world you are but in Japan, Starbucks has a Tazo Tea.
Or you could just drink your coffee without milk or sugar. A bit stange for the first few cups but you soon get used to it.

Nothing with whipped cream on the top. I'd say the regular things are...normal, but avoid frappucinos. Each one packs 600 calories (more than a Big Mac!).
