Copulate, perhaps. Impregnant, no. That is one of the scientific definitions of being a different species, that they cannot interbreed.

A ratcoon. is that part rat and part coon?

Once upon a time, I saw a "Cabbit" on the news... half cat, half rabbit. This was like in the 70s, and I was young, so whether or not it was made up...I don't know. I don't remember much about it, either. (genetic engineering, maybe?!)

I have never heard of this ever happying before...so i would think it's not possible...besides that they are of a difference breed...

I doubt it...a racoon is huge compared to a domestic cat. If they did, there would of course be no offspring.
