Meth makes people not really care about anything. From the way they look to how they live. I used meth for years before i got clean 7 months ago. What you need to do is ask around the places she hung out at. find out who she is with. If you do find her, please take the little girl away from her. The only way she will stop doing meth, is if she is willing to get help to get her daughter back. Or if she has hit rock bottom. And rock bottom means differant things to differant people. So what you think of as hitting bottom, may not be how she see's it. She has to really want to get better. If she is not in that frame of mind yet. Everything you do for her or say won't matter. It's really up to her. Good Luck !!

Do a little investigation on your own because the police or child protective services might not follow through if they dont have any leads to their whereabouts because of the large case load those agencies have. Plus just being addicted and having a child might not be enough to get them to do anything unless you can give them some additional information. Call relatives and friends that might have some information on their whereabouts. Go to the place they lived and ask people around there if they have any information about what happened to them. If they abandoned an apartment ask the manager to let you in to look around and look for clues. Be aware though that if you find any indication of a crime you should stop looking dont disturb any evidence and immediately call the police. Call their cell phone. Ask families whose children might have played with your cousins daughter. Dont do something that will put you in danger such as asking an individual who might be a threat to your own safety such as a boyfriend who might have something to do with the disapearance. Also your goal is to provide additional information to employees of an agency who might do something with the information and actually find the little girl rather than just shuffling the paper because it isnt their job to investigate or they dont have the time to investigate.

Oh gosh. Call the police first, see if they'll be of any use. They should have SOMETHING to offer since a four year old girl is in potential danger here.
I hope you find them. Good luck to everyone involved.

hi,
Just to get the child in safe hands, if possible I would send a text. or if you know anyone she know, tell them you have a hundred pounds to give her. All she wants is money for drugs at this point.
