Well, most girls want.. well everyone wants the other person to make the first move. But if you are tired of playing hard to get and you really really like her you should catch her when she's alone then maybe give her a small present and ask her. or if you think the present is too much then maybe you should have a deep conversation, and just arrive at the subject and say something like what would you do if someone asked you on a date or something like that and when she gives you her answer then tell her.

hey, there are so many things you could do. Stop wasting your time waiting for advice or the most appropriate moment. You two sound like could make the best couple: From being best friends to being in a relationship. That's what i always want. Find something fun happening in your area and ask for her company there. and then tell her how you have been feeling. It doesn't matter in what way you do it. Just make sure you do it as soon as you can before somebody else does it. Good luck!

Tell her you value and respect your friendship but you want to try and take it to the next level and if she doesn't want to you respect that and dont change a thing. If shes not ready than maybe she will come around in the future. I have had really good guy friends and ruined the whole friendship thinking because we got along so well we were good for each other. WRONG! Think about the consequences of sacrificing the friendship before making your move.

make the move. the worst that can happen is her saying she just wants to be friend. And that's not bad.

I agree, go ahead and ask. BUT, while doing that tell her that you'll always respect your friendship regardless the outcome.
