Would drug companies, hospitals, or other health related companies have me killed? And would my colleagues and those in the health care profession hate me forever because their jobs will become obsolete?

most of them would hate you. you would probably be killed. if you made such a discovery and you really wanted people to know about it, you would have to get the message out in an effective way, like yahoo answers.

Think positively,That will be a great achievement,but world has so many problems like poverty,power crises,pollution,water scarcity etc etc... that all the infrastructure & doctors can join other fields,don't worry about your life & go ahead
