TRI-CITIES airport & Illinois. Its strap was also torn off partially.
All my attempts to contact NWA officials online, & AFFECT a Re-Embursement,have been un successful.
THEY BLOCK MY MAIL !
What should I do?

You shouldn't have left the airport. (that is if you knew before hand). Airlines are usually good about reimbursement. What I would do it go back to the airport in which you came or left and go to BSO Baggage Service Office and talk directly to an agent for best results. If you havent already they will make you fill out a report and see what they can do. BSO is always located near baggage claim, at the carosel in which the luggage for NWA offloads.

This is obvious, but in the future inspect your luggage while in the airport and file a claim right then at baggage services.

write a letter to customer service..and fast..you normally have a limited time. Mention that you have written several email etc..

send them the bill with a copy of the ticket. (keep the original)
