It is a prayer specific to the Christian religion. It is prayed by almost every Christian and by almost no one who is not Christian. I know some people try to claim that it is non-sectarian but it is universal only to Christians. How could a prayer referring to God as Father and referring to a heaven be fitting to those who do not hold those religious beliefs?

well , I think it might be a bit perplexing to try to get to the bottom of the issue when you have things that are going to go this way , and why do people have to be in the place where there is so much of what other people are not going to take a seat where there is no way to get to the path of the place that I have not yet been able to call on with the one thing that really matters , and further more there are upteen and downteen , then downtown to deal with , if you know what I mean , does that help ????

Since it was taught by Jesus, a teacher of religion in his time, yes, it is a religious prayer.
It is a prayer of praise (hallowed be thy name),
a prayer of forgiveness (forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors),
a prayer that acknowledges that God is and should be first in our lives (thy will be done),
a prayer of thanks (give us this day our daily bread)
