What does it matter if you eat cereal natural and crunchy or if you decide to add a liquid to moisten it. I have been in hotels on vacation and have watched kids have their cereal in orange juice, yogurt and natural/crunchy.

No I haven't but my Spanish friend Oscar who is a vegan always has cereal with fruit juice, he is so healthy and has amazing energy.

no i cant say i have ever tried eating them with water,


just milk for me

although i know people that cant drink milk , has there cereals with orange juice

skim milk is 98% water, so half the population is eating their cereal with water. no wonder it's not that bad.

i've heard that - interesting. it isn't weird? I mean I don't like milk but I only have cereal with skim - well I guess that is kinda water, hmmm?

no but i was really tired when i got up one time and i poured kool-aid into my lucky charms and didnt notice that it was really sweet until the third bite.
