It depends -- how big is the pie, how thick is the crust, how much sugar was used, etc. The good news: There is 60 calories in 1 cup of strawberries.

Average for a whole strawberry pie is about 350 to 400 calories per serving. (a piece) total fat per serving is about 1/2 that per serving.
