why does depression hurt to muchand what are the sing?

it hurts because you feel like there is no way out, and there isn't..unless you look for it

Also if you are depressed, before popping pills in your mouth to treat it, try this instead:

Go for a walk outside for one hour each day and look far away as you walk. St. John's wart will also help. Omega 3's help as well. Omega 3 is whats found in fish and can also be bought in herbal stores as well as St. John's wart. Also try stretching and aerobic excersizes. If you are taking prescription and non prescription drugs stop taking them. They interfere with the fixing of depression. The sun is a proven depression cure as well, so get out into the sun :). I'll also refer you to Dr. Coldwell's book. I'm not allowed to mention it becuase I could get sued so look it up online :).

Dr. Coldwell has some stress-reducing-techniques that you can try and help get out of any depression you are in.

Have been depressed a few times,
Pain was not one of my symptoms! For me depression was not being able to feel much of anything. I couldn't even get a little buzz with a few drinks!!!

So, no feelings, numb, tired, no real interest in anything. -- not a good place to be cause it can get darker from there. Can be a three way downer, physical-mental-emotional.

dep hurts coz u have self pity on urselfin it u find no way out thinks of all the negative and have pessimistic feelings

It is quite painful and I dont know why the signs are sleepy or hunrgy and sometimes just plain moody ,too.
