If your talking politics, there will be corruption.
My impression is Rice is the least stained by the corruption of politics. I'm not sure why, but I trust her the most.
Gee, I wonder why you didn't include any democrats. Could it be your operating under the illusion only republicans can be corrupt? Have you forgotten about William Jefferson?

Cheney--Rice is honest, but she's Bush's yes man. Rumsfeld looks out for himself, and Bush is finishing his daddy's business. Cheney is giving power to his company Halliburton.
