one of the first signs that you will see is that she will start to bag up(get her milk). You should see her gaining weight as well, but it might be to early for that You need to get her shots and have her wormed now before the pups get here, because that is how they will become immune to things after they are born for the first few weeks of their life. After she is pretty far along you will be able so feel the pups moving inside her, but that won't be until the last few days. They are pregnant for 62 to 63 days.

A dog is usually in heat for three weeks. First week coming in, in which they bleed. Second week, is when you should breed them. There is only about 72 hours here that a dog will actually breed, and a 36 to 48 hour period where they will get pregnant. And the last week is going out. If your dog becomes pregnant, she will instantly not want to have anything to do with the male. That is a good indication that she is pregnant.

Does she want pickles and ice cream with her dog food?
Seriously, if she isn't showing, she probably isn't since dogs typically need about 2 and a half months and she's about a third of the way through this little adventure.
But the best (not the cheapest, though) way to find out is check with your vet.
