My grandfather served in WW2 with the Army air corps. He told my dad that he was going to share his stories about the war, but was unable to do so due to a stroke. I do know that he served in the South Pacific. Austrilla and somewhere eles. I want to find some of the people her served with and maybe get some records. Or even possibly chat with some men who served with the Army Air corps.

My dad was army air corps, but he was in the Berlin air lifts. It might have been air force by then, but he always called it the air corps. Sorry he passed away 5 years ago, at age 86. He was also in Alaska, and my sister says he was in the Korean war, but I don't know in what capacity. Good luck with your research.
