well i know comdoms brake but even rubbing with out a condom can girls still get pregnant or are condoms good?

yes girls can get pregnant even if you use a condom. There can be spillage when removing the penis if you don't hold the condom tight.
Seems to be a second question in here of whether you can get pregnant by rubbing while not wearing a condom. Yes, pre-ejaculation contains sperms. You can also transfer sperm by touching the penis then touching the vaginal area.
Condoms help prevent pregnancy but are not 100 %. They are though your best defense against sexually transmitted diseases (std's).

Condoms are fool proof method of avoiding pregnancy but it cant ensure it.But some good comp tel that it has some chemicals at its tip.Even that may not help!!!!!

condom reduces the chances of pregnancy.. thats all its good to use it, better safe than sorry

yes- nothing is 100% safe except abstenance.
