I just had a baby 4 months ago, and I wanted to know how long the pregnancy hormone stays in your body. I am not breastfeeding, but I may be pregnant again. Will the test be pos. this soon after delivery?

No, you are good to take the test now.
The pregnancy hormone goes down pretty quickly after the birth- within about 6 weeks or so.

You can get pregnant as soon as your periods come back after delivery. I know of women who have babies 9 months apart, so yeah it's possible. If you aren't pregnant, you may want to discuss birth control with your doctor which probably should have been done at your six weeks post partum appointment.

you can get pregnant right after you have a baby, test would show pos. if you where pregnant. the doctor tells you not to engage in entercouse for 6 weeks after a pregnancy, for healing reasons and not allowing you to get pregnant during that time... but after that alot of women are very fertile fpr quite awhile.

Yes. Especially if you are not using birth control and not breastfeeding. You can ovulate before you ever get your period, so there may be no relaible signs such as a missed period to tell you that you are pregnant.
