Your standard, off the shelf clock is right twice a day, Military or Aeronautical clocks would be right once a day, and your basic digital would have a blank look on it's face, much like my brother in law.

it depends a digital clock would have an Am or Pm light on it so it would be right once, a analog clock it would be twice cause it doesn't have an am pm thing

2 times per day it would be right. Once at Midnight, the beginning of the day, and once at noon, the middle of the day.
