How old are you and how overweight are you? if you burn more calories that you consume, you will definitely lose weight. Stay out of those miracle diets if you don't want to gain the weight back. Eat what you like but less of it. If you do this, you will lose weight a little at a time perhaps but you will not regain it because by then you will be on the same eating habit. I lost forty pounds over a period of nine months. Twenty years later I'm fluctuating plus or minus three pounds around my target weight.

45 minutes of cardio a day and a sensible diet, there's no magic tricks or short cuts, but keep this up and the weight will come off.

You just need the motivation and the determination to stick with it every day. Don't worry if you fall off the wagon every now and then with your eating, if you're gettng that exercise in it won't matter one bit

the best way is to head to your local gym and sign up with a personal trainer and nutritionist! you won't have to worry about what kind of exercises to do because your trainer will decide for you, based on your goals. A nutritionist will help you find out what you are eating wrong and will recommend a daily menu for you that will help you achieve your goal. Good luck!

There are 2 things they add to our food that deliberately make us fat. It's called MSG and High Fructose Corn Syrup. Read about these and understand how they make you fat. MSG keeps you hungry all the time, and that's just the beginning. Try ridding these from your cabinets and go without them for a few weeks. I guarantee you will see and feel the difference.
