Stop stereotyping American beer. Budweiser, Coors, Miller and the like are not great but there are so many amazing beers in the US, you need to learn what you're talking about before going on a rant. The alcohol content of American beer ranges from 0.5% for crappy NA Beer to 26%+ for extreme brews.

Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA is 20% alcohol.
Dogfish Head Raison D-etre (IIRC) is 22% alcohol.
Sam Adams Utopia is 24% alcohol.

some kind of sam adams, comes in a cobalt blue bottle seasonal i think
german EKU 28 (28% alcohol ) way too sweet..hangover
i think any beer over 10-12% is called a barleywine (method of brewing?)

I think eveil eye. but I know that there are many seasonal colorado beers that contain around 19% alcohol such as hibernation.

ill give you a hint... there is no such "beer" made or sold in the US. regulations dont allow anything over 6% so HAH!
