no it annoys the coworkers to the point of writing diaries or telling on you (especially if you are getting married 7 months or sooner)
believe me it made me mad when a co worker did this!

I could have taken notes with out her telling me directly what the style was and how much the stuff costs!

Never use office equipment for personal use. It is inappropriate, especially, if you want to move up, in the company. It's very unprofessional.

Yeah, your boss probably wouldn't like it too much. If its once in awhile, the boss might not mind, but your still risking everyone around you knowing your business.
