What can I do about my slightly noisy neighbors?

My neighbors are noisy, I wouldnt mind it so much, because it's not like all out bass party noises; It's just the fact that they dont make a peep until 3-5AM when Im trying to sleep. What can I do without seeming like a terrible person?

honestly- go tell them their loud.. i had a similiar problem, i asked them to be quiet and said they didnt know they were so loud, sorry. no problems since then. be polite but firm on the fact its bothering you and if all fails call 911

If they are only "slightly noisy" then I think you just need to shove a stick up your butt, call it a backbone and get over it.

If they really are that noisy, and youre just sugar-coating the story, then there's one of two things you can do: Go over to their place, and ask them to stop or just call the cops on them. Depending on the volume and nature of the noise, it could be considered a disturbance of the peace and they could get fined. That might teach them a lesson.
