Oh yes, the Lord has performed a NUMBER of miracles in my life. I go to a Methodist Church, but I don't really consider myselft to be a Methodist, although I suppose you could call me one. I prefer to call myself a Christian. Here is the very greatest one of all the miracles the Lord has done for me.

Feb. 9th of 2000 I was in Virginia, and I got sick from something called bacterial meningitis. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of that before, but 85% to 90% of the people were dying from it when I got it! I was in a coma for a month though; having nightmares the whole time. And I unfortunately wasn’t a Christian before I got sick. After all those bad dreams though, I thought to myself, “Well, maybe GOD does exist.” At that point I went to the library in my dream and read part of the Bible. Shortly after that I woke up! Because I remember being in the hallway one day on a wheelchair, and one of the nurses asked me, “How are you doing?” And I said, “Oh great! Last weekend I went to the library and read the Bible!” And she said, “No! You were passed out last weekend!” I thought I was still dreaming when she said that. Then a few days later my Mom showed up and she said, “Hi Zach, how are you?” And I said, “Oh great Mom! Last weekend Dad and Papaw (her Dad) took me out to town and we had a great time!” And she said, “No Zach! You were in a coma that weekend, and Papaw died in 1991!” And once again, I thought I was still dreaming, just having a good dream with my Mom there, but a crazy part with her saying that. Of course I remember now that he died, and we know that GOD let him come down from Heaven and be with me in my time of need. I know that because my Mom, her Mom, and others that love him have actually seen him out in public!

I’m still recovering from the meningitis, but I’m really thankful to GOD for a lot of things now. I was completely deaf whenever I first came out of the coma and the doctors thought there was a possibility that I’d remain that way for the rest of my life. They also thought at one time that they might have had to amputate my right leg! Fortunately neither one of those things are true. I still have a really bad hearing loss however. And I’m praying to wake-up (I haven't decided on any specific date, I've come to realize that GOD already has a perfect time. Galatians 6:9) one day with all my hearing back in both ears. When our Heavenly Father does that I am definitely going to write a book called, “From Agnostic to Affection”, in addition to becoming a missionary one day.

about three years ago, I was facing a very difficult problem in college, I had no way out other than a miracle, I mean there was no way physically or humanly possible to solve the problem or get out of it, but God.. I remember going to church one day and staying there for a very long time, don't really know how many hours!! all I remember was a that I cried a lot and asked for forgiveness endlessly, I just felt the weakest I have ever been in my life. I asked God to pull through that hard time.. and I swear the next day i had good news about the problem and within that week it's like I never had the problem at all... It was truly a miracle, at least it was to me.

I am Christian/Catholic.

I am a born-again Christian in an ongoing relationship with God through His Son, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am a member of the Assembly of God Church but I do not practice religion, just relationship.

Just a few of the miracles in my life:

He gave me relationship with Jesus so I am saved,
I am alive,
I breathe because God gives me each breath I need,
I live victorious over things I was once in bondage to,
My family which was very broken has been restored,
I have experienced physical healing from very severe arthritis (20 years ago now) which has never bothered me again,
I have been instantly healed of a very bad infection when no medication had been able to help,
He provided me with a nice, much needed vehicle with no cost,
He provided me with a nice home,
He gave my daughter understanding when she miscarried and took care of her.

There are so many that I have not named and I am sure many more that God performs that I have no idea about. God does so many miracles on a daily basis that it is truly amazing. If I try to count my blessings I can never number them all because they are too numerous.

I'm a strong christian....and I've seen many miracles. But the best was when my grandpa had less than 6 months to live. The whole family, many friends, and the church were constantly praying. At one of his checkups, the doctor began to look and realized his tumor was gone.... it could never be explained. he lived for six more years. I think God knew how much we needed him. And now he is in Heaven and I'm so excited that I will get to see him again someday!

What constitutes a miracle?

My husband jumped off a bridge, I prayed that he would live, and very few have lived after plunging into that river. He lived.

I prayed for my first child to have blond hair and green eyes, and she does.

I prayed for my second child to look like me, and she does

I prayed in my next pregnancy to have twins - and I got twins

I prayed in my last pregnancy for the child to look like his father and he did.

My house burnt to the ground - and we were all at the fair

I prayed for God to help me with my husband - and the police came and put him in prison - which saved my life since I had quietly planned my own death.

I have the miracle of teenage children that love and respect me and confide in me.

I ran off the road in winter, ended up in a ditch deeper than my car, just inches from a deeper drop-off into a cement gully, and head on into a fence, and not one scratch on me or my car.

I survived an abusive marriage

I went to Iraq with the military and made it back

Those are only the major things.

My religion? I don't know anymore, I just have a deep belief and a serious search of the truth.

Christian.
Sure, many. I think that miracles of God are right under our noses but most refuse to see them. Perhaps Elizabeth Smart being alive is a miracle.
It becomes too numerous to count.

A man from my church who had esophageal cancer is now "cancer-free" because of the healing power of God.

Also, it is a miracle that a perfect and holy God could forgive someone like me.

PS-Non-denominational, born again, Evangelical Christian with a strong Jewish heritage

The greatest Miracle was when Jesus saved my soul. I thought i was too far gone, and nobody cared. Then, When i asked God to save me, He changed me. He put peace and love in my heart. He gave me the desire to serve Him.I put my Faith, and Trust in the Lord. I am an independent, Baptist.
