I wouldn't use the word hate but extremely irritating would be the gossip. If the intention is to look good by making others look bad around you stop doing it. If a girl was to focus on the good traits of people and not the bad then it reflects back on them and makes them pleasant to be around.

The worst thing must be how rude and obnoxious girls can be when guys try to approach them socially.
Sure, one or two guys will always be jerks but the vasy majority just want to get to know you and many girls behave like stuck-up, spoiled brats instead of treating men as inviduals.
