Behold, ladies and gentlemen! Proof that there are STILL some Christians who choose to remain woefully ignorant of historical facts in order to have an excuse to persecute innocent human beings! On second thought, that doesn't really surprise me overmuch, given the fact that they are Christians.

Sure, but can you be the first victim? Did you realize that most of the people that got burnt back then weren't even witches in the first place? It's just like you Christian assholes to think things like this. Whats the matter? You afraid their Goddess has a bigger set of balls than your god? I mean that would explain the over compensation on his part, after all.

It is my hope that the current poop now in the Vatican does not intend to return to the days when the roman church burned all True Christians as heretics.

The new poop in the Vatican, previous to becoming the poop held the position of
The Holy Office of THE INQUISITION -- but of course under its new and very non descriptor name.

I PRAY NOT!

Well, whatever the consensus, I dare anybody to come anywhere NEAR me or mine with a torch.

I wonder what those same christians would think if I started talking about bringing back the good old "lion-feeding" days?

How horrible!

burning witches? That was religion's way of killing off all the open-minded, free-thinking women so that the rest out of fear would obey their husbands and churches and produce more Christians. Only a sick, sexist, untolerant creep would want times like those back!

No. Christians of all kinds were burned being accused of being witches by very misguided religious people back then. You think this didn't happen to Christians? Study it and think again.

I don't even know what the burning times are, but if it has anything to do with burning live humans, then it's sick and disgusting.
