Ok, I like this girl alot and we have been hanging out alot at the lake so I asked her if she wanted to go to the beach with me and I'd teach her to surf. She said she'd love to go and we set the date and time. Well I called her the night before and the morning of and we were a go. But she didn't show up at 9am and when she still wasn't there by 10am I called and she didn't answer the phone, so I left a message saying hope evrythings alright but I'm going surfing and if you make it out you can yell at me from the peir and I'll come get her. Well I got out of the water around 11:30 and she still didn't call around noon when I got done eating I went back to my truck and noticed I had a missed call from her. I called her back and she said her phone was on vibrate she didn't hear it and her alarm didn't go off again after she hit snooze. But she came right out the beach 20 minutes later and then said she was scared of the ocean and didn't want to learn to surf? Whats happening?

i think she lieks you dude, but she may have been scared to learn to surf with you. she wants to hang out with you, but chickened out cos she didnt want to look stupid in front of. she came when you were finished cos it was safe and she still got to see you. suggest a less confrontation date. i thought it was a good idea though. goodluck next time

Give her a 2nd chance because she seems pretty sincere. Maybe she got a last minute fright about surfing when she got to the beach. At least she called and showed up later. If her behavior continues, move on. I'm sure you've got other options.

Maybe she does like you and just agreed to go surf with you to make you happy,but the best got to her,her fear of the ocean maybe real.sounds like she is scared ,do something she likes just ask.

she's not interested in you
don't be too anxious
never hpone her so many times
keep her at a distance
but other than that.. she was not in to you were far too anxious
find another and don't blow it again
