I hope you are seeing a therapist.

You may not be able to see your parents for the reasons you were removed. I hope you are in a home where you can openly speak your feelings about your parents. Sounds like your not if your eating your feelings away. Also dfs may not know where they are also. Ask your social worker.

Will you see them only if your parents decide to follow the court order and do what is needed to get you back.

If your not seeing a therapist tell your foster parents you would like to see one to help you with your feelings. Don't eat your life away.

Find out whatever you can about them, use people search if you have to. And when you and your sister get out of that place, find them, and enjoy the world along the way
