I studied German in my Sophomore - Senior years at College. I loved it! It was fairly easy to understand, a lot of the words are very similar to to English. If you've learned another foreign language, such as French or Spanish, it will help you to learn German even more. English is a combination of French and German roots, so, you will recognize a lot of those words in German. Good luck! :)

All language at the begining is quite tough. if you have learnt the alphabets and grammer of that language, no hurdle will be in your path. And the last is conversation practice. More u use more u'll learn
