I would like to thank everyone who has answered thus far. Keep the answers coming. Oh to the first person who answered if you don't like tuna then why did you bother answering the question.

Tuna Melt

6 ounces solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
dill pickles
ketchup
1 red onion
2 whole-wheat English muffins, split
3 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
salt and black pepper

Preheat broiler.
Combine tuna, celery, onion and mayonnaise/pickles/ketchup dressing.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toast English muffin halves.
Place split-side-up on baking sheet and top each with 1/4 of tuna mixture.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Top with cheese and return to broiler until cheese is melted, about 1 minute longer.

First of all
2 cans of tuna for a couple of people
hellmans mayonaise theres just no substitute approx. 125ml
3 green onions
celery 2 stalks fine chop
salt to taste
pepper to taste
juice of one lemon mix all ingredients
4 slices of sour dough bread I find toasting the bread a little before
putting on the tuna and cheese makes it nice and crispy.
and some monteray jack or good aged cheddar
preheat broiler and place under broiler until cheese is bubbling
serve with salad or what have you enjoy.
