Well, it's not in the dictionary.... but like the others who have gone before me, judging it next to its neighbours, circumlocution and circumnavigate, I'd guess it's flatulation while making circular travel?

um i dont think thats a word. but hey did you know the word gullible isn't in the dictionary. so maybe it is. who knows?
