A country is legally permitted to defend itself if attacked or under threat of attack from another country. That can mean war, conflict and killing. To keep peace and order within a country, laws are passed to protect the citizenry and prevent conflict and killing.
However, if a leader uses the laws of his country to kill its citizens in order to stay in power, such as Stalin or Saddam Hussein did, that is illegal. Eventually the leader will have to pay for his crimes.

Because it is war!! Ordered by a government, not an individual out of control. Soldiers are trained & ordered into battle.

Because you are helping large corporations make money from the death of innocent people. As long as you are going against all that is decent and someone can make billions of dollars in the process they find ways of justifying wars and the atrocities that occur as a result of it.

there is no roles for the war or I should say no one follow the war role,s only few people followed the war roles in all the history.

Because in war, you're expected to have bodily harm and possibly die. You shouldn't expect to get bodily harm and die while watching a movie. It's just wrong. Also, those soldiers know what they signed up for.

Well it isn't really ok, it is justified, most of the time. It looks like you mean injuring and killing people, murder and battery are big offenses, but soldiers killing soldiers(or militiamen) is not considered a crime. Beating the sh*t out of your nieghbor because his dog f*cked up your meth deal is.
