I'm 17, I weigh 170, I been seriously lifting since January, I max bench at 225, curl 110, leg press 460, and shrug rep 230 shrugs(smith machine), miltary press 115, Is this good?, I go to a gym at a church, which is mainly comprosed of old people, so I really don't have anything to compare myself to.

In some areas you are but in others you arent. I dont work out much and I can leg press more than you and do about the same with curls and shrugs. Perhaps you should keep going.

I aggree with what the first person said. I think if you can lift more than your own body weight you would know you are strong. you just want someone to pat your ego.
