IF YOU ARE TRULY MZ HOLLYWOOD THEN HE WILL NOTICE YOU. BUT SAUNTER PAST HIM AND CATCH HIS EYE. ALTHOUGH I HAVE LEARNED THAT WHEN MOST GUYS ARE WITH THEIR GUYS THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO GIRLS UNLESS SHE IS WITH THEM OR KNOWS ONE OR MORE.

Call him aside and tell him that he has nice eyes when he's having a bad hair day. boys are very rarely around a whole lot of people when they're having a bad hair day. :)

tell him what you think. I compliment random people on thier features if I think it they warrent it. Now if your looking to ask him out using that as a key idea....I'm not sure. I suppose you could make all his friend jelous by walking up to him and saying something to the effect of "I couldn't help but get lost in your eyes..." wink at him and walk away...he may come looking for you!

My advice,since i'm that same description and have had that situation happen to me from a girl,pull him to the side,and introduce yourself,carry a conversation,if he doesn't go for ir,then you go for it.
