Delicious. When I see a chicken I don't say eww I eat that. When I see a cow I don't say eww thats where the milk comes from. Thats childish!!! I enjoy chitterlings with some gravy and rice and some potato salad. Straight New Orleans cajun girl.

NO some of my worst childhood memories derive from the stench of chitlins....my mom would clean chitlins...a smell you will never forget....then because it takes about a year to get the smell off of your hands...she would do my hair and the whole time she was brushing I would smell nasty disgusting chitlins...I vowed when I grew up I would never ever have them in my house...guess what? My husband loves them and I make him go to his moms house when he wants them.

OMG, I think I'm going to lose my yummy home made tenderloin.
I had to look, I didn't know what they where, I had heard the term before. I don't put anything weird in my mouth. No liver, lima beans, or hominy,....Yuk. and now chitlins, sorry.

no. Never have, never will. But I once worked with a guy who would talk of nothing else.

Won't eat a haggis for the same reason.
