Im on exchange at Arizona State University (ASU) during spring semester 2007, and wanted to plan something for an unforgettable experience at Spring Break.......we have nothin down under! lol
Im a young 19 year old looking to party! Wats the legal drinking age? Are ther ways around it?
Any other states that are good for Spring Break??

Yeah, the drinking age here is 21. Cancun is another Mexico hot spot for spring breakers who are under age. You can find some good packages on-line for any of those. It's probably you're best bet if you're looking for a wild time.
If you want to stay in the states, you might want to check out the beach cities. California is full of them. Hermosa, Redondo, Venice and Santa Monica. All have good nightlife and great beaches. And you can check out Disneyland and the Hollywood 18+ clubs while your at it.
Concentrate on studies...a ha ha ha!

Depending on you budget, I would say head south of the border. Cabo San Lucas or Ensaada. I don't think there is a drinking age in Mexico. Most of the US is 21, but that never stopped me.
