I have posterior tendonitis. Uhm.. my doctor told me to get New Balance 600 to 800 series shoes. They have a lot of support in them... *thinks*
calcium supplements might help you. O, plus my doctor told me to put ice on my foot and massage the part of my foot that hurts for 3 times a day.. and not to walk around the house bare foot.. until my foot gets better. Hope this helps!
