I'm sorry to tell you.....you are brainwashed! You can feel anything you want, but the "Holy Spirit" doed not exist. It is a carry-over from the pagan beliefs of primitive man. Anyway, if you are monotheistic, there is only one God. The existence of a "Holy Spirit" would mean an extra deity. That is so pagan! I don't know what all that "pure Joy" you are feeling is, but I'm pretty sure it is simply your imagination.

Oh, it's a high now?
The idiots at "Set Free" used to say they got "Ghosted" as if the Holy Spirit was some kind of drug.
I will be interested to see how many of you who pursue religion for the emotion of "bliss", are doing in a couple of years. My observation has been that people who only drink milk never move on to the solid food of the truth. Maturity is based on the digestion of the deeper things of the scriptures. Emotions come and go and when you lose your high? You will go!

Sorry to burst your bubble.

I was once like you, so were my grandparents.

They were murdered 4 years ago by their own sons and daughters who were also Christians. They murdered them with abuse and neglect. I held my grandfather in my arms while he was crying and near death.

The people who murdered my grandparents were devout Christians and well-placed in the community. Even the local police and officials would not arrest them or file charges against them.

What's worse, those murdering Christians took my inheritance which my grandparents legally gave to me by technicality of the law. I went to every Chrisitan lawyer and judge but they did not lift a finger to help me.

Because of that I renounced Chrisitanity, I left my home and everything to go a far off place to die alone. Then, the people of this place saw what was happening to me, they helped me get back on my feet, helped me to improve myself and my outlook on life. They were Muslims (not Hezbollah or Al-Qeada fanatics and extremists). They taught me about Islam but they didn't force me to become one of them. They were very nice people and open about their way of life and I lived with them for over a year.

Because of their kind-heartedness and total concern for me, I freely converted to Islam. I'm now a Muslim convert, I'm happily married and my wife (Muslim by birth) and I have a beautiful baby daughter.

My point here is that you may be filled with the Holy Spirit...but God has shown Himself to me directly through the people who have been most persecuted by the Christians. I found my true joy in being a Muslim and I don't regret my decision regardless of what the entire Christian world will say.

As for my murderous Christian family, I have no plans of committing a Jihad (holy war) against them. But I will never allow them to corrupt my life ever again.

Peace be unto you all.
