Make a collage on a box of some sorts. Use pictures that will mean something (if you met at the beach, then ocean pics, if you kissed at a carnival, then ferris wheel pics and ticket stubs if you go to movies a lot) After your done with the box (you can get cheap boxes everywhere, shouldn't be a problem), Fill it with some nice things, like her fave candy bar, a homeade coupon book for back rubs, etc.. a small necklace or ring. Give her the box with all the little items in it, she will LOVE it.

Bake something for her. It's SO sweet when guys spend time doing something for anniversary's. It'll mean a lot if you make her a cake or cookies or dinner. Maybe cupcakes with HAPPY ANNIVERSARY written across them. Shows she's worth your time even when she's not right there with you.

Get her a little stuffed animal with a heart on it

Make her a CD with fave songs or cool songs about love or being together

Make a bunch of stars out of construction paper. On each one, write something you really like about her (you make me laugh, your always there to listen, etc) Hole punch each one and tie a ribbon through it. Sneak into her room and tape the other end of the ribbon to the ceiling so the stars hang down all around the room.

Good Luck, hope you guys have a fantastic day!

Get some pictures of you and cut them up and make the letter "I" then get pics of both of you and cut them up to make a collage in the shape of a heart then get pics of her and make them into the letter "U" put it together so it says I ♥ U and frame it.
