I think that really depends on the man! I wouldn't recommend just picking any ol' person for any benefit. I've been on my own and I've been in a relationship. I think things are a lot easier when you have two people working on things together. Beyond the obvious emotional/physical benefits, it really easier with two incomes and I really like having my man around to be my protector. Yeah, I know that sounds really old-fashioned and I used to make fun of women who said that but lets face it, finances are less stressful, its nice to have someone to help fix things around the house but I think just knowing you have someone there for you is the best benefit anyone can have. Just remember it's GIVE and take. Be prepared to invest as much as you expect to gain!
