Angels are pure, holy, spirits. They can be viewed in different holy ways. Hope you understood.
PS: There is no sex or race or human thoughts in Heaven.

Angels can hear everything. They don't expand their race. Angels are not a race. It's a form of being that you become once you die. You don't go to Heaven and say "let's have a family."

I'm sorry, but I think your questions are a bit silly. Okay, lemme guess: Angels are multilingual. And why exactly would angels want to expand their race? I mean, they're not exactly looking to develop a higher technology with as many taxpayers as possible to fund it all.

Sarah is right except for the thing about becoming one when you die.... there is no Biblical support for that. Angels are an all together sepperate creation than man and never die so they dont need to expand their race.

Depending on what theology you believe angels either are "born" from righteous and virteous spirits of humans who have died.
Or, you believe "god" created angels and there are as many as "he" wants there to be.
But if you'd rather here my theory on "angels" seek me out otherwise.

I am sure they speak many languages, but they don't multiply. I believe God has a set amount and they have always existed, except minus one, since Lucifer decided to "become as God", and was cast down.

We need to stop thinking with our human finite minds and think that maybe there exist an existance that may be different than ours.
If they are real, they would transcend time(wont die) and will never need to replenish themselves.

Hard to say how their ranks are filled. That's a thing known only to God.
