i kinda feel humiliated and i dont know why, it was my first time and i know i messed up and i dont know what to do! i need tips like i tried going with the flow IT DIDNT WORK FOR ME i just need help!!

Hi, how did you mess up? How old are you? Your first time making out is going to be awkward. What do you do? How do I do this or that. Going with the flow doesn't always work. As you said. First you need to relax, do get so worked up and try to plan things out. Because it will never go the way you want it to. First of all if he is a great boyfriend, what happens will stay between the two of you and no one else. If you mess up or he messes up laugh it off and keep going. Kiss a little and hold hands, run your hand through his hair at the back of his neck. things like that. Your not expected to know everything. I am married and I laugh at myself sometimes because I do some goofy stuff when me and my husband are making out. It's funny, laugh it off. Hope that I helped.

relax, calm down. not everyone is born a good kisser. it takes time AND practice. dont just go on a full out tounge strangle game, take it one step at a time with intensity and stuff. soft kisses.
