Ever since a lightning storm last night my LCD T.V. is all screwed up on channels 2,3,4,5,6,7,9, and 11. The rest of the televisions in my house are fine on these channels. What can I do?

first rescan the channels ( options menu channel search) if this doesn't work and you get other channels it is probaly not your set but the input source NOTE that these are over the air channels #s do you have an antenna connection or cable ? it is possible that your set will not tune these LOW BAND channels due to damage but very unlikely the ultimate test is to use one of the other connections and do channel seach if this doesn't work then TV SHOP TIME---------------have you done the channel search ?????

When you say "messed up" that isn't much help. Since you list the VHF channels (except for 8,10,12, and 13) and I guess you may be on cable, it is possible the IF got changed back to the default (VHF and not cable), so, unplug it and let it set for awhile. Then turn it back on and it should reset and you can use your remote to reprogram the cable channels.

Its possible a splitter in you house or another cabling component is fryed. Contact your cable company and have them send a service tech out. For quicker service tell them nothing is working and put your TV to 9 when they show up. The service is free as long as they hooked everything up.

that happened to me to!!!, i messed with my cable ,almost bloody electrocuted myself..and now it's normal..
I'm hoping you have the same luck...just find it in a different manor , sorry love,!!If that doesn't work you may have to ring the company that you got your tele from and tell them to fix it,Or lightning may have just hit your ground-wire, and that would explain why only Yr tele is messed, and in that case, it may call for a whole new installation, the City should do that, for it means that it may be affecting others in your area that were on the same track as u.

hope that helps a bit.
