There are different body types and you happen to be in the category of endomorph.. Even if you eat 5 times a day, you won't gain weight.. You will pick up a bit as you get near 30 but don't count on it... One indication of why is; there is a shortness of the intestine (the 2 I measured had a 13 ft differential) so no matter what you eat, very little gets assimilated as there is not enough intestine to accomplish it... Is going thru too fast. But eat your 5 meals a day. At least you will be getting sufficient nutrition.

Do a search on BMI calculators, try the one from yahoo health. This will tell you if you are underweight, and then you can figure out what minimum weight you should be. Then try eating high calorie foods mostly. Add butter, homo milk, whipped cream, anything high calorie to all your meals. Eat ice cream every day. Look up "calorie boosting" on the internet, that might give you some more good ideas.

Cheese. It's mostly fat. Make sure that you eat fatty foods without eating too unhealthy. Stay away from trans fats and saturated fats. If you get health problems, it kinda defeats the point. You can also get those bars that wrestlers use to move up a weight class, but I don't know much about those. Best wishes.

You didn't say how tall you are. Go to bodybuilding .com. Seriously. Go through the articles and learn something about diet, excercise and nutrition. What is your natural genetic make-up? Look at your siblings and your parents for clues. Finally, you are very young. There is a lifetime of improvement ahead of you if you approach it intelligently.

Have a few kids and turn 40, then you will get fatter. Nature made you thin, enjoy it while you can- it won't last forever, believe me.

u prly just have a migh metablosim rate...dont get mickey d's cuz that puts lots of extra crap in ur body u dont need...if ur really trying to gain weight just eat alot. and almost always eat. and u dont have to eat just junk becuase that can b very dangerous to ur body.

It's because you have a high metabolism. I have the same problem..... try fried chicken, pizza, milk shakes.. drink whole milk..

I would not do that if I were you,believe me you will regret it when you get older. Plus anyway girls are starving themselves to get to your weight. Just eat normally. :)
