there's nothing in the MN driving manual or MN statutes that i can find that prohibits it. i teach behind the wheel in the cities here. i don't let my students do it, but to my knowledge it's not expressly prohibited.

You don't have to have shoes on in Minnesota.
I don't know a link but it should be on the Minnesota driver & vehicle info site.

there is nothing in the california drivers handbook either but i got a $35 ticket for it along with$180 for driving on the beach thanks chp
