But how's the cops are going to know you're barefoot if you are inside a car?.. no one can see your feet.. hmmm

Even if it is I don't know how it's even remotely enforceable unless the cops pull everyone over to look at their feet and see if they have shoes.

I'm from there, and I've heard that it is too. I now live in South Dakota, and it's not a law here.
