I don't believe that any such mechanism is in place. Usually, when you're dehydrated, your kidneys simply concentrate your urine. And when you're carrying excess water, your kidneys empty it into the bladder. And ones bladder feels full rather quickly, and one doesn't usually go around carrying urine for long-ish periods of time (if one can help it)--so, even if the body did have the capability of reclaiming water from the bladder, it's not something that'd be put into use very often, given that people don't generally carry their urine around with them long enough to use it as "backup water storage."

No! The liquid gets to bladder through kidneys and it cannot be absorbed back, because the walls of bladder do not carry that absorbing function.

Yes I have a "full" bladder!,
When dehydration, re-absorption of water will take place in kidney tubules(proximal, loop of Henley, distal, collecting duct). In collecting tubules Anti diuretic hormone's(ADH) mechanism must be considered. It helps to reabsorb water.
But in bladder, there is no such mechanism and bladder made up of transitional epithelium, which helps to distend the bladder.
the following link will help you to get everything about bladder.

No it cant, your system cleans itself and becomes sterile in your bladder, there are no suppliments in it at all. You would have more of a chance of sucking the dew out of your hair strands every early morning.

I don't know. But I did recently read a novel (Mount Dragon by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child) in which a character did that.

no, once urine is in the bladder it can only be excreted. It can be reabsorbed throughout the kidney and in the rectum however
